This massive residential project is engineered for high-capacity living, utilizing a complex Reinforced Concrete (RC) frame to support three levels of expansive floor space. By stacking the bedrooms vertically, we preserve the surrounding land for luxury amenities while maintaining a grand, imposing silhouette.

• Land Optimization: Best suited for 1/4 acre (100ft x 100ft) to allow for the staggered wings that ensure every one of the eight bedrooms has access to natural light and cross-ventilation.
• Structural Load Management: Given the weight of multiple concrete slabs, the design uses heavy-duty pillars and beams, allowing for the wide-span balconies and the signature “wrap-around” terraces.
• Roofing Sophiteness: The multi-gable roof is finished with stone-coated steel shingles, providing a lightweight yet fire-resistant shield that enhances the building’s “manor” aesthetic.
